As a small organisation Sapphire Independent Housing have the ability to deliver a bespoke service to every service user. We pride ourselves on knowing our residents and developing a mutually respectful relationship.
Residents in our supported housing schemes are allocated a named key worker on entry to the service and all residents can access our Head Office between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday for general enquiries and information. There is an out of hours emergency number and an on-call manager is available outside office hours.
We value our residents’ input and encourage all of our residents to be involved in day to day life at Sapphire Independent Housing. We offer a variety of ways in which residents can be involved, depending on the level of involvement preferred.
