We're committed to help tackle this problem by building new homes. We are planning to make a £35 million investment into new affordable housing around London which will enable us to roll out a significant development programme over the coming years.

Our plans include the construction of 10 new homes, offering a range of one, two and three bedroom apartments and houses for people in housing need. The development works will include landscaping, road improvements, refuse storage and cycle and car parking and will require the demolition of existing garages.
Fir Road, London Borough of Hounslow.
We are looking to redevelop 3 sites on Fir Road, Hounslow to provide a total of 6 new homes, offering one- and two-bedroom apartments and houses for people in housing need. The development works will include landscaping, refuse storage and cycle and car parking and will require the demolition of existing garages.
The Dell, London Borough of Hounslow.
We will be redeveloping 2 sites on The Dell, Hounslow to provide a total of 5 new homes, consisting of 2 bed houses and flats for people in housing need.
Cedar Road & Spinney Drive, London Borough of Hounslow.
We will be redeveloping these 2 sites in Hounslow to provide a total of 11 new homes, consisting of 2 bed houses for people in housing need.
