Refund Policy

At the end of a tenancy or license, the rent account will be checked.

If there is a credit balance on the rent account and no other monies are owed to Sapphire, then a request for a refund can be made.

The refund can only be made to the named person(s) on the tenancy agreement or their next of kin or representative. Please speak to your project worker or housing officer.
