Sapphire rewards and recognition

Long term service Award

Long term service will be recognised after 5, 10 and 15 years service with an increased holiday entitlement of up to 30 days holiday entitlement per year, plus Bank Holidays.

Colleague Recognition

Sapphire “High Fives” is a colleague recognition tool whereby colleagues can be rewarded with points for a job well done. Points can be accumulated and redeemed against gifts such as chocolates, wine, vouchers, cinema tickets etc.

We have an annual Employee of the year Award, presented at the staff conference for any colleague who has made an outstanding contribution throughout the year, as nominated by their peers.
